• Materials shipments should already be received at theWit Hotel

Monday, October 6 

• 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM: Technical sessions, Wilde Conference Room (3rd floor) 

• 3:30 – 4:30 PM: Partner Showcase Setup, Roof Loft and Gallery 
  Arrange your tabletop display, set up demonstrations, and organize hygiene items for the Veterans New Beginnings care bag project. 

• 4:30 – 6:00 PM: Partner Showcase, Roof Loft and Gallery 
  Network with technical leaders during appetizers and cocktails while showcasing your solutions. We'll be assembling care bags for Veterans New Beginnings, a Chicago organization providing homeless veterans with permanent housing and supportive services. Raffle announcements at 5:45 PM. 

• 6:00 PM: Teardown – Pack materials and coordinate return shipping 

• 7:00 PM - 10:00 PM: Flight Club Social & Dinner (Transform & Build Tier sponsors) 
  Join us at Chicago's premier social darts venue for dinner, craft cocktails, and friendly competition with the Myriad360 team. 
  Location: Flight Club, 111 W Wacker Dr, Chicago, IL 
  Meeting Options: Meet on 2nd floor landing to walk as a group at 6:50 PM, or meet directly at Flight Club at 7:00 PM.
   

Tuesday, October 7 

• 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM: Technical sessions, Wilde Conference Room (3rd floor) 

• 5:45 – 9:30 PM: Chicago Architecture River Cruise & Dinner (Transform & Build Tier sponsors) 
  See Chicago's iconic skyline from the water with expert commentary during cocktail hour, followed by dinner aboard the vessel. 
  Location: First Lady/Classic Lady boat dock, 112 E Wacker Drive (use stairs at NE corner of N. Michigan Ave & E. Wacker Drive) 
  Meeting Options: Meet on 2nd floor landing to walk as a group at 5:45 PM, or meet directly at boat dock at 6:15 PM. 

Wednesday, October 8 

• 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM: Final sessions, Wilde Conference Room (3rd floor) 

• Afternoon departures
