April 9th-12th I Conrad Orlando at Evermore

Spring Celebration is Myriad360’s annual in-person gathering where our remote-first team comes together to connect, celebrate, and spend meaningful time together. It’s a mix of team activities, social events, relaxation, and a little fun in the Florida sun.

Spring Celebration will take place April 9–12, 2026, at the Conrad Orlando at Evermore in Orlando, Florida.

Expect a relaxed but thoughtfully planned weekend that includes team-building activities, a welcome reception, a celebration dinner and after party, optional resort activities, and time to unwind. We’ll also kick things off with a meaningful ERG Giving Back event.

It’s intentionally both. Spring Celebration is designed to bring the Myriad360 team and their guest(s) together in a personal way — less formal, but still purposeful and organized. Think connection, celebration, and shared experiences rather than meetings and presentations.

Yes. Children are welcome throughout the weekend and may attend Friday evening’s Welcome Reception. Saturday evening includes a dedicated Kid’s Club experience, happening at the same time as the Dinner Celebration and After Party.

Employees may bring a guest. Guests are welcome at social events throughout the weekend. Please note that the Saturday Dinner Celebration is limited to one guest who is 18 years of age or older.

Myriad360 covers employee airfare, one standard hotel room for the event dates (April 9–12), and all meals, activities, and programming during Spring Celebration. All additional employee travel expenses (excluding guests) during the event dates should be expensed under GL code 8104 – Spring Celebration Travel.

Guest airfare, additional or upgraded rooms (including for children or extended family), valet parking, car rentals, and any extended stays outside of the event dates are the responsibility of the employee.

No. Your room at the Conrad Orlando at Evermore will be booked for you once you complete the registration form. Hotel confirmation details, including your reservation number, will be sent in a separate email closer to the event.

Yes. Employees may extend their stay for up to three additional nights before or after the event at a special group rate, as an out-of-pocket cost. Extended stays and additional or upgraded rooms should be coordinated after registration by contacting casey@tygerproductions.com.

Myriad360 covers employee airfare for Spring Celebration. Please coordinate with your coach to align on airfare guidelines. All employee travel expenses (excluding guests) during the event dates should be expensed under GL code 8104 – Spring Celebration Travel.

If you plan to drive to Spring Celebration rather than fly, please connect with your coach ahead of time to align on Myriad360’s travel reimbursement standards. The Conrad Orlando at Evermore does not offer self-parking; valet parking only is available at $50 plus tax per night, per car. Valet parking charges incurred during the event dates only may be expensed under GL code 8104 – Spring Celebration Travel.

Plan for resort-casual attire during the day, swimwear for beach and pool time, and comfortable shoes. Saturday evening’s Dinner Celebration and After Party call for elevated casual attire. Don’t forget sunscreen, sunglasses, and light layers for indoor spaces.
