Whether you're paddleboarding on Evermore Bay, lounging poolside, or reconnecting with teammates over cocktails under the Florida sky, this is a celebration you won't want to miss.

ERG Giving Back Event – Kick off with purpose, building adaptive toys for children with disabilities alongside our Employee Resource Groups
Team Building Activities – Connect with teammates and guests through hands-on activities designed to inspire collaboration and spark friendly competition
Welcome Reception – Gather on Lyonia Lawn as the sun sets for cocktails, connection, and the official start to an unforgettable weekend
Dinner Celebration & After Party – Enjoy great food, recognition, and celebration - then keep the energy going with music and dancing late into the night

Kids Welcome – Children are invited to join Friday evening's Welcome Reception and activities throughout the weekend
Kid's Club (Saturday Evening) – While adults enjoy dinner and the after party, kids embark on their own adventure at Conrad Orlando's Kid's Club with age-appropriate activities
