• Additional rooms or accommodations (for children or extended family)

Bringing Children or Additional Guests?

Additional rooms or upgraded accommodations for families can be arranged at your own expense. 

Extended Stay

Want to arrive early or extend your trip? Employees may book up to 3 additional nights on either side of the event at a special group rate.

• Rate: $439/night for double occupancy (anything over this will be the responsibility of the employee)
• How to Book: Your registration will secure your booking and if you require additional rooms/night stay, please reach out to casey@tygerproductions.com once you have registered

FLIGHTS

Myriad360 covers employee airfare for Spring Celebration. Please connect with your coaches to align on airfare guidelines. All employee travel expenses (not including guests) should be expensed under GL code 8104, please use Spring Celebration Travel. (8104: Internal Events: Spring Celebration)

Guest airfare is at the employee's expense.

Nearest Airport: Orlando International Airport (MCO)

• Approximately 20 miles/34 minutes from Conrad Orlando

Airport Transportation: Transportation to and from the airport is eligible for reimbursement and should be expensed under GL code 8104. Uber is recommended. This coverage applies only to travel between the airport and the hotel. Any additional transportation, including expenses incurred for guests, is the responsibility of the individual and will not be reimbursed.

• ERG Giving Back Event begins at 3:00 PM
• Casual dinner from 6:00–8:00 PM

Sunday, April 12

• Farewell Brunch: 10:00 AM–12:00 PM
• Please plan departures for 12:00 PM or later
  

• Resort casual attire for daytime activities
• Swimwear and coverups for beach/pool
• Comfortable walking shoes
• Elevated casual attire for Saturday dinner & after party
• Sunscreen, sunglasses, hat
• Light layers for air-conditioned spaces
