What is the Myriad360 Innovation Summit Series?
A curated, multi-market executive forum for meaningful connection and thought leadership. We host invite-only events across six markets in 2026 (Austin, Chicago, Denver, Orlando, NYC, Anaheim), bringing together 30-50 senior IT decision-makers per event. The format combines focused content with premium networking experiences.
Who attends?
CIOs, CISOs, CTOs, VPs of Infrastructure, Cloud, Architecture, Engineering, and related executive leadership. All invite-only.
What makes Austin unique?
Austin launches the Myriad360 Innovation Summit series at The Austin Club, where attendees will have the opportunity to hear from top industry partners about urgent topics, and engage with fellow IT leaders in an intimate setting. The Austin event features The Roosevelt Room's bartending team and the Hatbox gifting experience—where every attendee custom-designs a handmade cashmere felt hat with a team of local haberdashers.
What does my sponsorship include?
Timed presentation slot, dedicated sponsor table at the Partner Fair, logo placement on event materials and microsite, attendee passes, full access to networking reception and dinner, and post-event attendee list with permission. Specific benefits vary by sponsorship tier.
How long is my presentation?
Presentation length varies by sponsorship tier — either 20 or 45 minutes. For 20-minute slots, we recommend 15-17 minutes of content and 3-5 minutes for Q&A. For 45-minute slots, we recommend 40 minutes of content and 5 minutes for Q&A.
When do I need to submit my presentation?
Final presentations are due February 25th. We'll send presentation guidelines and technical specifications in advance.
What AV equipment is available?
Screen and projector, up to 5 handheld microphones, stage, confidence monitor, and timer. Full technical specifications will be provided to confirmed sponsors.
Can I bring marketing materials?
Yes. It is strongly suggested you hand carry your items to the Summit venue, but if you need to ship materials, please contact a FedEx Ship Center nearby. Each sponsor will have one high boy table at the Partner Fair. Please limit your materials to what can fit on your table. No floor signs.
What time should I arrive?
You can set up your Partner table between 12:30-1:30pm. Registration for attendees opens at 1:30 PM. The program begins promptly at 2:00 PM.
What's the dress code?
Business-casual to business-formal.
How long is the event?
2:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Content block runs until 4:45 PM, followed by a networking reception, dinner at 6:30 PM, and dessert reception from 8:00-9:00 PM.
Is parking available?
Yes. Parking is available at Peak Parking Garage (816 Colorado St, Austin, TX), a 4-minute walk from The Austin Club. Please request a voucher when you arrive at the Summit for discounted parking. Note, there are other lots in the area where you can park. Discount vouchers are only available for the 816 Colorado street lot.
Is there a hotel room block?
Yes. We've secured a group rate at the Hyatt Centric Congress Avenue (721 Congress Avenue, Austin, TX), just steps from The Austin Club. Use this booking link to reserve your room: https://www.hyatt.com/events/en-US/group-booking/AUSCT/G-MISA. The link is set for arrival on March 4 or March 5 and departure on March 6.
Can I bring additional team members?
Your sponsorship tier determines how many event passes you are allotted. Please check the event prospectus or contact sponsorships@myriad360.com for any questions. The event prospectus is available here as a reference for what’s included in your sponsorship.
