The day begins with a morning arrival and welcome reception, followed by a 9:00 AM shotgun start in a relaxed, relationship-driven format that encourages meaningful interaction throughout play. Following the round, attendees gather for a post-golf reception — an additional opportunity for continued conversation and connection in a refined setting.

**Premier On-Course Activation includes a branded table or tent setup (tables provided by the course; tents supplied by sponsor) paired with an interactive experience such as a premium food or ice cream truck, bourbon or tequila tasting, golf ball air cannon, Beat-the-Pro challenge, cigar experience, or specialty cocktail station.
