He’s seen it from both sides—first as a customer running a Fortune 300 global network, and later at Cisco, where he spent 12 years, including seven with Meraki, helping customers modernize and simplify. Today at HPE, Jay focuses on AI for Networking and the shift toward truly self-driving networks.

Head of Partnerships, Adaptive Security
Thom leads Partnerships at Adaptive Security, an AI Security Awareness Training Platform. Adaptive is used by hundreds of leading brands like Major League Baseball, Ramp, Lennar and the U.S. Senate. Last year, Adaptive raised over $145M from NVIDIA, OpenAI, Bain Capital Ventures, Andreessen Horowitz (a16z), Capital One, and other leading investors. ​
Thom, brings a Hollywood dealmaking background to cybersecurity. Previously at WME, he worked on major film transactions including projects with Christopher Nolan. He’s a Stanford graduate and lives in Los Angeles.

Martin Do is a Cybersecurity Solutions Engineer at Cisco with over 12 years of enterprise IT experience. He advises executives and technical leaders on cybersecurity, infrastructure, and application strategy. Martin consults with channel partners and enterprise clients to design and implement Cisco Security solutions.
