Can I meet with the Myriad360 team while I’m in town?
The majority of the Myriad360 attending team will be in town Wednesday evening. Please reach out to your Account Executive to discuss potential opportunities if you're interested in meeting with the team.
What should I expect from the main event celebration?
An unforgettable evening featuring elite networking with 500+ industry leaders, immersive activations with leading technology brands, curated entertainment, premium craft cocktails, and elevated hospitality in a sophisticated NYC setting.
What's included in my attendance?
All food and beverages throughout the evening, access to all brand activations and networking experiences, coat check service, and the opportunity to be invited to our exclusive VIP after-party.
Can I bring a guest?
Yes! Each client invitation includes one complimentary guest. Please note that your invitation and +1 are exclusively for you and are non-transferable.
When does the event start and end?
The main event begins at 7:00 PM on Thursday, November 20, 2025, and officially concludes at 11:00 PM. The celebration continues at our Exclusive After-Party.
What should I wear?
Business casual to cocktail attire is recommended. Many guests choose to dress more formally, but please dress to your comfort level. November evenings in NYC can be cool, so consider bringing a warm coat or jacket.
How do I get to the venue?
Lavan Midtown New York is easily accessible by subway, taxi, or ride share. See our Travel & Logistics page for detailed directions, parking, and public transit options. Additionally, transportation will be available from the Moxy NYC Times Square for anyone joining the celebration.
Is there a coat check available?
Yes, complimentary coat check is available at the venue. Tipping is always appreciated.
Can I check in early and skip the line?
Yes! We'll have a hospitality suite at the Moxy NYC Times Square where you can check in early, get your badge, and skip the Registration line at Lavan. This is available to anyone joining the celebration, whether you're staying at the hotel or not.
What if I have dietary restrictions?
Please contact our team at hello@myriad360.com to let us know about any dietary restrictions or allergies so we can ensure appropriate options are available.
What if my plans change?
