Questions about the celebration?

Here's everything you need to know as a sponsor. If you don't see your question, reach out to our partner marketing team! 

What should I expect from the celebration as a sponsor?

An unforgettable evening to engage with 500+ industry leaders within the Myriad360 community, including 300+ valued clients. You'll have access to your sponsored activation, branded visibility throughout the venue, and direct engagement opportunities with top industry decision-makers.

What's included in my sponsorship?

Your specific inclusions depend on your sponsorship tier. Refer to your sponsorship package for details on passes, branded experiences, post-event demand generation, and VIP after-party access.

Can I bring guests?

No, sponsors cannot bring plus ones. The number of event passes allocated is specified in your sponsorship package and cannot be extended without prior approval.

When do I need to arrive at the venue?

We encourage sponsors to arrive at 6:00 PM for registration and access to the Myriad360 team before our clients arrive.

How does the VIP after-party work?

The after-party is invitation-only and dependent on your sponsorship tier. Check your sponsorship package to see if VIP after-party access is included in your benefits.

What are the Thursday afternoon activities?

We are developing exclusive activities for VIP clients and eligible sponsors on Thursday afternoon. Invitations are by sponsorship level. Check back for updates on timing and details.

What should I wear?

Business smart or cocktail attire is recommended. Many guests choose to dress more formally, but please dress to your comfort level. November evenings in NYC can be cool, so consider bringing a warm coat or jacket.

How do I get to the venue?

Is there a hotel room block available?

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Please contact our event team at events@myriad360.com to let us know about any dietary restrictions or allergies so we can ensure appropriate options are available.

What if my plans change?
