Wednesday Evening | Nov 19
Client Dinners
Most of the Myriad360 attending team will be in town Wednesday evening. Many of our AEs will be arranging dinners & events for clients & partners in town. Please reach out to your Coach for details on attending client dinners.
Myriad360 Happy Hour & Group Dinner
For team members NOT hosting clients, we've organized a happy hour and group dinner on Wednesday evening. All local employees and those in town are welcome to attend (no plus ones). You should already have an invite from the Marketing Calendar. If you did not receive an invite, please reach out to marketing@myriad360.com to be added. Be sure to accept or decline the invite so we have a good idea of who is coming!
6:30 PM - 7:30 PM: Myriad360 Team Happy Hour

Thursday Afternoon | Nov 20
10:00 AM - 7:00 PM: Myriad360 Hospitality Suite Open
Location: Moxy NYC Times Square | 485 7th Avenue, New York, NY 10018 [map]
Our hospitality suite will be open throughout the day for badge pickup and client check-ins. Team members are welcome to collect their badges and assist any clients with the process.
VIP Client & Partner Activities
We’ve made lunch reservations at four incredible NYC restaurants — La Tête d’Or, Torrisi, Gabriel Kreuther, and Estiatorio Milos (Hudson Yards). Once all clients, sponsors, and internal teams have registered, we will determine who attends which location.
Additionally, we’ve purchased 120 tickets for our clients to experience sunset at SUMMIT One Vanderbilt. Guests may choose to attend SUMMIT or return to the Moxy following lunch.
Schedule:
11:45 AM: Shuttles depart Moxy for lunch destinations
12:00 PM – 3:00 PM: Dine-around lunches
3:00 PM: Shuttles loop from restaurants to SUMMIT and on to Moxy
3:30 PM: Ticketed reservation for SUMMIT
4:45 PM: Shuttles collect guests at SUMMIT and return to Moxy
5:30 PM: Shuttles begin loops from Moxy to Lavan for Myriad360 team
6:45 PM: Shuttles start bringing clients from Moxy to Lavan for main event
Thursday Evening | Nov 20

Shuttle Service: Complimentary shuttles will run continuous loops between the Moxy and Lavan throughout the evening on Thursday starting at 5:30 PM. At 6:45 PM, our shuttles will bring clients with their plus ones (and anyone else that has not already departed). Each round trip takes approximately 30 minutes, with departures scheduled every 30 minutes for convenience.
6:00 PM: Myriad360 Team & Sponsor Arrival
Those not accompanying clients are strongly encouraged to join us early at Lavan Midtown to connect with sponsors and ensure smoother entry for our clients and their guests.
7:00 PM - 11:00 PM: Main Event at Lavan Midtown New York
Step through the looking glass into a world where innovation meets wonder. Enjoy open bars, curated food and desserts, and entertainment experiences throughout the evening.
8:30 PM: Remarks from Andy & Jay
11:00 PM: After-Party Shuttle Service loops from Lavan to Moxy

11:00 PM - Late: VIP After-Party
Cap-off the night with select guests for rooftop magic: late-night bites, crafty libations, and skyline vibes at Moxy’s Magic Rooftop.

- Unless you're accompanying clients, please join us at Lavan to connect with sponsors before our clients arrive
During Main Event (7:00 - 11:00 PM)
- Client relationship focus and engagement
- Facilitate introductions and connections
- Thank our sponsors for their continued support
After-Party (11:00 PM - Late)
- Continue client relationship building in intimate setting
- Support closing conversations and follow-up planning
