Here's what you need to know to make the most of your Engineering Tech Summit experience. If you don't see your question here, reach out to our team!
How many attendees will be at the summit?
The summit brings together 80+ engineering professionals from Myriad360, including senior engineers, technical leads, and executive leadership.
What's the Partner Showcase format?
Monday evening rooftop event (4:30-6:00 PM) with tabletop displays in a cluster-style format. Includes appetizers, cocktails, networking, and our Veterans New Beginnings community impact project.
Can we bring additional team members beyond what's included?
Yes, additional attendees can be added for $1,500 per person. Contact sponsorships@myriad360.com to arrange.
When are speaking slots scheduled?
Speaking opportunities are scheduled within the Monday-Wednesday session blocks. The Myriad360 program team will reach out prior to the event with a final schedule
Can we choose our speaking topics?
Yes, speaking topics should align with the technical nature of the summit. Work with our program team to ensure your content provides value to our engineering audience.
When can we ship materials to the venue?
Shipped materials should arrive no earlier than October 1, 2025. Address: theWit Hotel, 201 N. State Street, Chicago, IL 60601. Label: "Attn: Lacey Bolton/Kate Landers - [Your Company Name] - Myriad360 ETS, Oct 5-8" - # of items.
What are the Partner Showcase setup and breakdown times?
Setup: Monday 3:30-4:30 PM | Partner Showcase: 4:30-6:00 PM | Breakdown: Immediately at 6:00 PM. Bring pre-paid shipping labels for return.
Are there setup restrictions for the Partner Showcase?
Yes, all materials must fit within your designated tabletop space. Pop-up displays, standing banners, and tablecloths are not permitted.

Which evening events can we attend?
Transform & Build Tiers: Flight Club (Monday) + Architecture River Cruise (Tuesday) | Design Tier: Flight Club (Monday only). The number of invitations varies by tier.
How do we join the evening events?
Meet on the 2nd floor landing for group walks, or go directly to venues. Specific meeting times and locations are in your schedule.
Can we network during breaks and meals?
Absolutely! Mealtimes and breaks offer excellent informal networking opportunities with attendees throughout the summit.
What is the Veterans New Beginnings project?
During the Partner Showcase, we'll assemble hygiene care bags for homeless veterans in Chicago. Each sponsor provides 80 units of one assigned hygiene item (deodorant, toothpaste, socks, etc.).
How do we know which item to bring for the Veterans New Beginnings project?
The Myriad360 team will contact you with your specific assigned item and provide details about the 80 individually wrapped units needed.
Is participation in the community project required?
Yes, providing the assigned hygiene items is part of the Partner Showcase experience and reflects our shared commitment to community impact.
Is hotel accommodation included in my sponsorship?
No, but we've secured a group rate of $289/night + 17.4% taxes at theWit Hotel for October 5-7. Use the provided booking link to secure this rate.
When does the hotel group rate expire?
September 15, 2025. Book early to guarantee the group rate and room availability.
Is parking available?
Yes, theWit Hotel offers 24-hour valet parking at $86/day with in/out privileges, located on State Street.
